ParkSmartMPLS employs a security presence in all seven of our Minneapolis parking facilities to help prevent and deter potential crime.
We take all the following measures to assure your security:
- Emergency Alarm – alarm buttons are located throughout the ramps, in stairways and at vehicle entries and exits.
- Overnight roaming security officer and vehicle during the hours of 4pm to 8am.
- 24/7 customer service representative at Centre Village Ramp office (headquarters).
- Security Cameras – A number of security cameras are placed throughout most facilities and are monitored 24 hours a day.
